I grew up in Ashford in Kent and after moving away to study I eventually moved back to my home town. All my friends and family are here and it’s great being back.

I started to work as a Personal Shopper for Ashford Designer Outlet Centre in March this year and I really love it. People often visit me when going through a life changing moment and are looking for an extra boost of confidence. Job satisfaction comes in the form of hugs from customers when they can’t believe that the person in the mirror really is them staring back.

I always start an appointment with an in depth consultation about what the customer is really looking for and this way I am able to tailor the appointment according to what they would like to take away from it.

I advise customers on what clothes suit their body shape, give colour consultations and suggest new styles that may not have been considered before. So whether it might be the first week of a new job, a mother of the bride or someone simply looking for some new style ideas all appointments are completely different and no two days are ever the same.
