About Gary

I spent most of my childhood in Gillingham, going on to train at Thanet College but having been away and set up restaurants in other parts of the country and the world, I have now settled back in Kent with my family.

My two boys love the county just as I did growing up, with all of the fantastic places to visit and things to do. They love getting outside and being energetic, getting stuck into things like Go Ape at Bedgebury and Leeds Castle, or learning to surf at Joss Bay.

And of course you can't forget the wealth of delightful pubs and restaurants, many serving delicious fresh Kentish produce, perfect after an active day out!
