After a small spell away working at the likes of The Milestone, The Capital and with Novelli, Chervaux and the Queen Mother, I am delighted to return to my roots in the heart of Kent as Executive Chef for Rowhill Grange Hotel & Spa.
Bucking a tired trend of fancy for fancy’s sake, our new exciting menu concepts showcase good honest food, that highlight the flavours each season brings. This kind of bold statement demands instant access to the very best produce and Kent provides the perfect garden from which to pick.
Traditional favourites with modern accompaniments, sit alongside a succulent grill selection – all of which are enhanced beautifully by home grown Kent and its plentiful bounty – no food miles needed here…. what a delicious transformation.
