About Sarah

Sarah Wood is passionate about property of all kinds and especially in Kent; The Garden of England, her home for the last 20 years.  She loves the wonderful mix of properties available in the county from rural country cottages to stylish city apartments and everything in between.  Sarah started her own letting business, Calcutt Maclean Wood, 15 years ago and as it grew, she realised that she was only offering part of the services that her clients required.

She therefore started a holiday lettings business, Mulberry Cottages, five years ago so that she could offer the landlords of Kent the full service!  Mulberry Cottages has grown from strength to strength and is renowned for its beautiful brochure, its enthusiastic team and their love of all things Kentish!

Working in the tourist industry is great fun with lots of interaction from both visitors to the county and with owners of truly stunning hidden gems that are dotted throughout Kent.  Come and explore the county with her and her team and choose from a simple fisherman’s cottage right on the beach to a beautiful rural barn with pool and tennis court or even a medieval cottage used in a Jane Austen film or a stylish apartment in a historic city – Kent can offer all these and more.
