This used to be a Coastguard lookout station and is now the Blue Bird Cafe. The only Blue Bird over the White Cliffs of Dover. It's on the cliffs near St Margaret's Bay, by the Dover patrol monument.

Have visited the Bluebird Cafe many times, the views are spectacular as the tables are arranged in such a way that each gets a view, the menu is varied and the welcome is warm hence the reason we return with regularity. Keep up the good work.

This is a lovely place to visit, it's always friendly and welcoming. In winter we love to sit looking out over the sea (on a clear day you can see France) eating hot soup with a chunk of fresh bread, or in the summer a lovely pot of tea and a huge slice of home made cake. It is a bit of a climb to find it but once you have you will always go back.

I was up at the Dover Patrol Monument, when I came across the Blue Bird Cafe. It is apparently open at the weekends, but as I was there on a week day I can't confirm this.
