This restored Kentish weather-boarded inn is at the centre of a new luxury hotel concept that takes an independently modern approach to hotel-keeping. Sophisticated in style, with a fresh atmosphere it offers an authentic taste of East Coast living. As the sister hotel of award-winning Wallett's Court, White Cliffs comes with an excellent pedigree. Six bedrooms, including two fabulous four-posters, have recently been restyled using stunning wall coverings and sumptuous silk fabrics. Crisp white linen, goose down quilts, DVD players and Wi-Fi are to be found in all rooms. The Bay Restaurant is passionate about sourcing local, free range, organic and sustainable ingredients. On the menu you'll find Romney Marsh lamb, Kentish asparagus and fruit and vegetables from the hotel's own allotment. There are allowances, however, and such delights as Scottish Scallops also find their way onto the menu.
