A peaceful walk along the cliffs is lovely, although not the most suitable for toddlers! Despite that their are beautiful picnic spots all along with gorgeous views off of the Kent coast. You can even see France on a good day!

We spent a lovely Sunny Sunday afternoon sitting on the cliffs looking out to see, watching the ships slowly pass. There was a heat haze which made seeing France impossible, from that spot we can normally see France clearly, well worth a walk along, or just sit in the Blue birds cafe enjoying a drink and a wedge of home made cake.
